  • Pass the cable to the lower pulley base and install the lower pulley.

  • Complete threading the cable to the side base, install the upper pulley, and secure all screws tightly.

Install Middle Cable with Side Supports and Reverse Cable Base:

  • Install the side supports on the support column and tighten them securely with screws.

  • Insert the middle cable and install it on the right arm, securing it with the screw.
  • Pass the cable through the side pulley, install it on the support column.

  • Pass the cable to the reverse cable base, install the lower pulley.

  • Thread the cable through the lower rear pulley, install it, then pass it through the upper rear pulley and begin installing it.
  • Pass the cable to the bottom, secure the back end of the cable with the lock and chain attached to the main base.

  • Securely tighten all screws from all directions.

Install Lower Cable with Pulleys:

  • Insert the cable into the bottom pulley, thread it through the middle pulley, and begin installing the bottom pulley.
  • Ensure the black plastic boxes are placed to secure the pulley at the bottom.

  • Thread the cable through the lower double pulley and secure it with the black box.
  • Pass the cable to the rear pulley, install it, then thread it through the upper pulley and begin installing it.

  • Pass the cable downwards, secure the back end of the cable with the lock and chain attached to the main base.

  • Tighten all screws to ensure the pulleys are securely closed.

Install Accessories:

  • Attach the lower handle chain, then the upper handle column.

  • Install the weight selector rod from the rear.

  • Tighten all screws in various directions to ensure they are securely closed.
